Summary: "I 25M have had varying shoulder pain since high school but it’s been manageable. Last winter it grew increasingly painful so I went to the doctors and was sent to physical therapy. In the initial assessment I found out I only have maybe 75% of the mobility as my other shoulder and after a couple months of PT I ended up with less mobility than when I started. The physical therapist couldn’t figure it out and thought it was a rotator cuff tear and I got sent to have an MRI. The MRI came back with nothing, no tear, no inflammation, nothing out of place. I gave up and just dealt with the pain. During the summer the pain subsided a bit to where it only hurt with certain movements. The last two months the pain has came back worse than before to the point where I can hardly sleep because no matter what position I’m in my shoulder is hurting keeping me up. Advil/Tylenol don’t help and any movement hurts. What am I supposed to do about this? Any help is appreciated."
Summary: "I (F44) received the vaccine due to lung issues on Friday and felt just a little sore the next day. Normal and no big deal. But it has increased each day and now hurts up my neck, down my arm, and under my arm towards my pectoral muscles. The thing that concerns me as the shot really burned when administered and it seems like it was given pretty high on my arm, only about an inch down or so."
Summary: "**Veteran 1604156:**\n\n| Date | Event |\n| ----------- | ----------- |\n| 1982 | Vasectomy |\n| 2003-05 | private treatment record reflects that the Veteran experienced low back pain when lifting furniture. A history of \"urology problems\" stemming from a 1983 [sic] vasectomy was also noted, and the Veteran reported that these had worsened recently. . However, he \"primarily\" complained of low back pain. The private treatment records show that he underwent twelve physical therapy sessions from May 2003 to July 2003 for low back pain |\n| 2003-08 | An August 2003 private treatment record reflects that when the Veteran tried to return to work after his back injury, he was told he was \"laid off |\n| 2003-09 | Private treatment records dated in June and September 2003 show reports of \"severe\" low back pain and paresthesias of the lower extremities, and the Veteran's report of being unable to walk, stand, or pick up things for any length of time. He also reported neck and shoulder pain. An August 2001 private treatment record also notes a history of severe degenerative changes of the cervical spine. |\n| 2004-07 | Private treatment records dated in April 2004, June and July 2004, and July 2005 show treatment for depression. A July 2004 private treatment record also reflects complaints of headaches and back pain. A July 2004 letter from Dr. H.W. to the Veteran's primary care physician states that the Veteran described sharp, constant pain of the right testicle ranging from 5-10 on a scale of 1/10 in terms of severity. A right cord block test provided complete relief from pain, suggesting nerve irritation. Based on this finding, Elavil was prescribed, and a radical orchiectomy was considered. |\n| 2005-08 | In an August 2005 private treatment record, Dr. H.W. wrote that the Veteran's right testalgia failed to respond to pain medication and that the Veteran was complaining of severe pain that was a 10 out of 10 in severity. He reported that often he was unable to work or function. It was also noted that the Veteran was applying for disability compensation through VA and that Dr. H.W. would dictate a letter in support of this claim. An August 2005 letter authored by Dr. H.W. in support of the Veteran's claim for VA benefits states that the Veteran had been his patient since July 2004 and had chronic right testicular pain that failed to respond to multiple medication management. Doctor H.W. further wrote that for the past two or three years the pain severity had increased to the point where the Veteran was unable to work or function adequately from day to day. |\n| 2005-12 | SSA examination report, the examiner diagnosed the Veteran with chronic right testicle pain since the 1982 vasectomy, degenerative arthritis of the lumbosacral spine, chronic headaches, possible chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and depression. The examiner concluded that due to the Veteran's medical problems, he \"may find it difficult to do heavy physical work.\" |\n| 2006-01 | In a January 2006 SSA disability benefits questionnaire, the Veteran stated that chronic right testicular pain and chronic back pain limited his ability to work. In this regard, he stated that he could not walk far, stand long, or pick up objects over 5 pounds, as any of these activities caused pain in his back. He also stated that he could not sit \"too long\" or stoop. |\n| 2006-04 | In April 2006, Dr. H.W. performed a surgical procedure characterized as a right epididymectomy. Thereafter, the Veteran's chronic pain was \"significantly better,\" although he still had \"mild\" scrotal pain, as stated by Dr. H.W. in a May 2006 treatment record. |\n| 2006-04 | The Veteran and his spouse also testified at a hearing before a Decision Review Officer |\n| 2006-11 | Veteran was \"here to obtain a note\" in support of a disability claim, and that the previous letter needed an \"update.\" Dr. H.W. stated that overall the testalgia symptoms had improved and that the pain was much better after the surgery. However, prolonged walking, straining, or exertion still caused paid \"that made him unable to work.\" |\n| 2007-08 | In an August 2007 treatment record, Dr. H.W. wrote that the Veteran had a new onset of lower back pain. Doctor H.W. further noted that the testicular pain was \"not anything terribly unusual,\" but the Veteran \"was more aware of it nowadays.\" |\n| 2008-11 | The Veteran and his spouse testified at hearing before the undersigned |\n| 2008-11 | In his November 2008 hearing testimony, the Veteran stated that he missed \"quite a few days\" from work because of testicle pain, and stated that he could not walk more than a block or two or pick up objects heavier than 5 pounds due to testicle pain. |\n| 2008-12 | In December 2008, Dr. H.W. wrote another letter on the Veteran's behalf in support of his claim for VA benefits. In this letter, Dr. H.W. stated that the Veteran had testicular pain that was a 5 to 10 out of 10 in a scale of severity, and that in the past few years the pain "
Summary: "I really need a nice loving mom today. \n\nIt's my birthday. My mother (NC for five years) sent me a message through my brother \"thinking of you on your birthday\". Honestly mom, fuck off. \n\nI was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago, not exactly on my birthday but two days later. Today I am spending the day running around to get scans because I'm having severe shoulder pain and I'm really scared it's come back. Some early results were a little alarming and it's way too soon to jump to conclusions, but I'm still scared. I can't really bring myself to talk about it with anyone. Partly because I remember so many times my mom faked having cancer for attention and I can't imagine getting everyone all worried for no reason. \n\nI don't usually feel tempted to get back into contact with my mother, ever, but today has been hard. I know better and I won't do it, but it's hard not having that support and love today."
Summary: "(2020 Asus Rog Zephyrus G14)\nI’ve had my laptop for awhile & recently decided to upgrade the SSD & Ram. Besides the SSD screw being ridiculous to remove, everything else ran smoothly. But soon as I reconnect the battery connector a small spark happens. I’ve seen the debates online if you should disconnect the battery or not with any G14 and I’m wishing I didn’t. \n\nI read online that if you disconnect the battery & plug in the charger you should still be able to boot up. I’ve attempted with no success. I’m assuming the MB is fried or at least something with the battery connector is fucked. The MB still looks good as I checked over it. Now I’m debating on buying another MB ($500+) or putting that money towards a new laptop & fixing the current one later. Idk the chances of that happening to a new MB once I connect the battery but idk if I’d wanna risk it rn. Here’s one I was checking out online, if anyone has any recommendations feel free to say so.\n\n*Pics: The area I seen the spark happen (Not the metal clip) & some laptops I seen online so far.*"
Summary: "I never thought this is one of interesting part when I opened the box of M3 MacBook Pro.\n\nI though it must be a 67w marginally bumped another 3w in spec like we saw when 67w replace 61w.\n\nYet it looks small in the first glance, but when put it alone side with other chargers you find it's substantially smaller than it's old brother:\n\nhttps://preview.redd.it/aavkn6l0263c1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cce324db6927e1d1371a1451b40786cb64efb378\n\nAfter a close look it's spec says:\n\n30w: 20v x 1.5A\n\n61w: 20.3v x 3.0A\n\n67w: 20.3v x 3.3A\n\n70w(new) : 20.6v x 3.4A\n\nSo basically it's just boost a little voltage and amperage to get that 3w more in specs\n\nhttps://preview.redd.it/gxlt0km8263c1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=036c9d454b82d716c192a355b4c21abb720e435b\n\nIt's small in Apple's term and I might even guess it could utilize the GaN tech given the size shrinking like the 140w did, the manufacture on my device is salcomp shenzhen and made in China.\n\nCompare to my other charger like the one from ZMI, it's still larger than ZMI but like always, Apple tends to pursuit low temp than absolute size(potential fire hazard complaints could seriously harm brand reputation).\n\nhttps://preview.redd.it/u16rrq0k363c1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c4c2496a5013c5e24aee7a1d9e58f8dcc7744040\n\nAnother interesting note is the prongs it's a new design, like you can see from the photo, it's more compact and less moveable components,\n\nhttps://preview.redd.it/xym2xa0v363c1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9931ebb14147f23682622e15cef8f2866924e9bb\n\nWhich also result more fluid open and close action. there is no middle stop when extract like before.\n\nhttps://preview.redd.it/w55f12hu363c1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e21c6c7e76cac6189f7e3f92af6b300e62c4d8b\n\nOverall, I'd say it's a worthy choice for default charger, If you're using original charger, just don't \"upgrade\" to 96w. It's older and size and weight increase is hardly justifiable. there are more and better, cheaper choice.\n\nhttps://preview.redd.it/xqgh2x0n563c1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8f733eb7ff4999aec5c55d6efdd4911ea143412d\n\nhttps://preview.redd.it/sehjjigx463c1.jpg?width=1314&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1fc5fd8cd648086e8ea7b1aae4c90094d4c1e8ee"
Summary: "Challenge: The hiring process is time-consuming and resource-intensive. \nSolution: Introducing an automation SaaS designed to streamline the hiring process. \nOur platform simplifies the recruitment journey by allowing employers to specify the desired role through a user-friendly prompt, such as \"Senior Full Stack Developer.\" Once provided, the system automatically disseminates job postings across a range of platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Glassdoor, and more using the knowledge of the company and their products. \n\n\nUtilizing AI, the platform evaluates incoming applications, ranking them based on suitability for the role. It doesn't stop there—our automation seamlessly progresses candidates through subsequent stages. For technical assessments, the system tailors questions and problems according to the specific requirements of the role, ensuring a targeted evaluation of candidates' skills. \n\n\nTop performers from the technical evaluation are then efficiently scheduled for final 1-on-1 interviews with key decision-makers, streamlining the process for both employers and candidates. \nIf you've encountered a tool that aligns with these features, I'd love to hear about it. Additionally, if you've had used the tool, feel free to share any areas where it may fall short."
Summary: "Hi, 3L, graduating in April and sitting for the July 24 bar. \n\nI clerked with a firm for my 2L summer and was offered a post-bar and employment opportunity contingent on bar passage (2 attempts allowed but obviously hoping to only take the bar once). \n\nThe employment opportunity is with the government but would require I start as a solo practitioner. It’s more or less a contracting job. The pay is great for the practice area and for a 1st year offer (similar to the salary a 1st year going into big law would make). I was offered a mentor so I would have someone to take questions to and guide me. It’s fully remote and I could live anywhere. The job is very ideal for me. \n\nI have been able to talk to established attorneys who are doing the same work and have gotten some of my questions answered there. However, this is not a position that is typically offered to fresh grads, so finding advice on starting here has been hard to come by. I also spoke to my schools career office and they advised I will probably not get a better offer in this practice area (other jobs I was looking at start at more than 100k less than I was offered). \n\nWhat I am seeking advice about is the business side of this. I am coming out of school in about 150k of student loan debt, have no savings, no assets, and no family to fall back on (first gen college grad and lawyer). Is it practical to think I can do this? I’m worried about things like having to buy my own health insurance, westlaw, Cleo, business licensing, retirement plans, taxes. I am confident in my work ethic to make it work but am scared of the risk. The idea of starting out as a solo practitioner right out of law school is not something I imagined. I want to be prepared and am hoping someone here can offer some realistic advice on starting out as a solo practitioner."
Summary: The current challenges in cross-border payments using traditional banking systems are high fees, lengthy processing times, and a lack of transparency. Ripple aims to revolutionize cross-border payments by offering faster and cheaper value transmission through blockchain technology and digital currency. Ripple's xCurrent solution addresses the pain points of traditional transfers and uses XRP as a bridge currency. The SWIFT system, while efficient, has limitations and drawbacks that make alternative solutions like cryptocurrencies appealing.

Recommendation: At Adyen, we support a variety of payment methods including cryptocurrencies, and we make payment transactions efficient and transparent. Feel free to reach out for more information.
